The Process

Therapy

  • 1. Book an Appointment

    You can book Therapy appointments via our Client Portal.

    You are required to pay a deposit for your Initial Appointment Fee - this secures your time, assessment questionnaires and some of the work undertaken by your psychologist, before your appointment. The fee contributes to your therapy appointment fee if required.

    After booking your appointment, you will receive a receipt for your payment and important documentation for you to sign and return to us. Your balance of fees will be automatically processed two (2) business days before your appointment.

  • 2. Receive your Questionnaires via email

    You will receive questionnaires via email direct from third party platforms specifically designed to administer psychological assessments.

    If you do not receive these, please check your Junk/Spam folders and contact us.

    Please try to complete the questionnaires in l ne with the advised timelines, as they help to inform our sessions together.

  • 3. Attend Your Sessions

    Leading up to your sessions, you will receive Appointment Reminders via email and SMS. You’ll also receive notification of payment of balance of your assessment fees. Please ensure you have funds available for successful processing of your credit card.

    You’ll receive the link to access your telehealth appointment the day before, via email.

    If you need to cancel, please ensure you are aware of our Payment and Cancellation Policy. If you do need to cancel, it’s best you advise us as soon as possible so you don’t incur extra fees.

ADHD & Autism Assessments

  • 1. Book an Appointment

    You can book Therapy appointments via our Client Portal.

    You are required to pay a fee for your Initial Appointment Fee - this secures your time, assessment questionnaires, scoring and interpretation undertaken by your psychologist, before your appointment. The fee contributes to your full assessment appointment fee if required.

    After booking your appointment, you will receive a receipt for your payment and important documentation for you to sign and return to us.

  • 2. Receive your Questionnaires via email

    You will receive questionnaires via email direct from third party platforms specifically designed to administer psychological assessments.

    If you do not receive these, please check your Junk/Spam folders and contact us.

  • 4. Receive your Letter or Report

    Your individualised Letter or Report will be available 6-8 weeks after your final appointment.

  • 5. Attend an Optional Feedback Session

    You are more than welcome to attend an additional session after you receive your Letter/Report if you would like to talk further about your assessment results. There will be an additional cost for this session, however is at a discounted price for our assessment clients.
